Yesterday, some of our 9th-12th grade students visited SUNY Potsdam. On the field trip, students were able to tour campus and participate in two interactive workshops focused on fields of study they are interested in. Workshop options included Arts, Business, Music, Education, Humanities, Social Sciences, and STEM.

Mrs. Durant's 7th grade classes had fun using their creativity on Friday to make "living pictures" to learn about symbolism. Students created living pictures with their bodies to represent symbols or objects in the book they are reading together.

Looking for something to do on this rainy Saturday, stop in at BMC school for the FFA pancake breakfast, Dollars for Scholars carnival games, a craft fair and all kinds of maple goodies including popcorn, ice cream and cotten candy.

Today may be "3-2-1-2-3" Day (3/21/23), but last Tuesday was March 14th, also known as Pi Day. Pi is an irrational number and a mathematical constant that represents the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter. BMC's Math Department encouraged students to dress professionally to celebrate this mathematical holiday. These are a few of our high school participants.

Spring Picture Day is coming soon!
